The three-part promise

Body. Mind. Mood. In that order, and all at once.

The name isn't decoration. Every block is written to move all three, because at 40+ training only one of them stops working.

Body

Real load, sane progression. We build bone, muscle and joints that hold up — not workouts that just make you tired.

Mind

You learn why each block is written the way it is, so you stop outsourcing your judgment to an app.

Mood

Energy, sleep, patience. The stuff nobody photographs and everybody actually trains for.

Built, not bounced back

This didn't come from a six-week challenge.

It came from years of showing up to a plan that kept getting slightly harder. That's the whole secret, and it's the thing every block in here is built to give you.

Three ways to train

Pick the level of support you'll actually use.

Start where you are. Every tier runs on the same programming philosophy, so moving up or down never means starting over.

Annual billing is 10 months for 12 — 2 months free.

Why it works

Programming that respects your history.

Most plans are written for a 25-year-old and quietly assume you'll push through. This one assumes you have a life, a job, a knee, and forty years of context.

  • Load progression built around recovery, not ego
  • Barre for control and hips, weights for bone and muscle
  • Every exercise has a regression when today isn't the day
  • Menopause-aware volume, so training helps sleep instead of wrecking it

Client work

What I actually did with three clients.

No before-and-afters. Where they started, what I changed, and the benchmark that moved.

52, desk job, never lifted before

She couldn't get her own suitcase into an overhead bin and had started avoiding trips because of it. She'd walked daily for years and assumed that was enough.

  • Benchmarked her on a trap-bar deadlift, a farmer's carry and a sit-to-stand so we had numbers instead of feelings.
  • Built two 40-minute full-body sessions a week around hinge, carry and press — nothing else, until those moved.

Deadlift: bar only to 135 lb in 11 weeks

46, perimenopause, training hard and exhausted

Five HIIT classes a week, waking at 3am most nights for two years, and convinced she needed to push harder.

  • Cut her training from five high-intensity sessions to three strength sessions plus walking.
  • Moved the hardest session to the morning and capped evening work at low-intensity mobility.

Waking most nights to sleeping through by week 6

58, gym member for years, machines only

She'd had a gym membership for six years and had never used the free-weight area because she didn't want to be watched.

  • Spent the first three sessions on the squat and bench setup itself — bar height, safety pins, how to bail — so the equipment stopped being unfamiliar.
  • Gave her a written session card with exact weights and rest, so she never had to improvise on the floor.
